Terms and Conditions of Online Purchases
1. All online bookings and purchases are considered confirmed and finalized unless further contacted by an authorized AZ Bounce 4 Kids representative. AZ Bounce 4 Kids will notify customer of scheduling conflicts, double bookings or errors in bookings.
2. Online bookings and purchases are finalized upon receipt of deposit from customer.
3. If there's any issue with our equipment PLEASE contact our office right a way by phone, text or email so we can investigate and fix the issue.
Don't try to fix the equipment without written or verbal notice from our office staff, this may result in further damages to the equipment
After contacting the office one of the professionals will come with in 15-60 min and investigate the issue and fix it.
Cancellation ~ Refund Policy
If you were to completely cancel your reservation (FOR ANY REASON) deposit would be non refundable , however AZ Bounce 4 Kids always gives you the option to reschedule in which case we would ask for payment in full and issue a rain check for the full amount good for any of our in house services in the feature.
3. Rain checks will be given to customers for weather conditions that prohibit the safe operation of rental equipment. Rain checks may be claimed up to one calendar year from original event date. Available rain check equipment is subject to availability.
Scheduling Conflicts
Scheduling conflicts can occur, even when ordering online. Scheduling conflicts may occur if two customers are booking the same product at the same time, or a phone order is being taken at the same time as an online order. AZ Bounce 4 Kids will contact the customer if a scheduling conflict has occurred.
Rental Agreement
The customer will sign the AZ Bounce 4 Kids rental agreement upon delivery of the rental equipment.
